Each rug in this collection is hand-tufted in China from 100 percent premium wool. In hand-tufting, craftsmen use tools called tufting guns to individually insert each tuft into its place on the rug's predetermined pattern. The tufts are then trimmed and sheared to the appropriate length. Hand-tufting offers high density, a thick pile, and a plush feel.
