How to Care for Your Rug
In order to keep your rug in the best possible condition, we recommend vacuuming once a week to prevent moth problems. Take care not to vacuum any fringes as they may pull. The rug should not be exposed to sunlight on a regular basis, as this causes fading and unevenness in the colors. If a spill should occur, remove it quickly by tapping the stained area with a damp paper towel before using a spoon to retract excess spillage. Should the stain be from a dark liquid, use a moist towel with soap and water. Take care not to leave the rug wet as this may result in mildew and rotting. For deep cleaning, take your rug to a professional dry cleaner.
